Barcelona and Madrid,July 07
It has been a long long time... But like they say, it's better late than never. So here are the pictures taken from my Spain trip last summer. KLCC came all the way from India to Albstadt when we were still in the last week of our exams and patiently waited for us. We departed the next morning after our last paper from Baden-Baden Airport to Girona, 92km from Barcelona. From there, we took an one hour bus ride to Barcelona.
The beautiful beach of Barcelona.
Sagrada Família, the unfinished masterpiece of Antoni Gaudí. It has been under construction since 1882 and as of 2007, completion is planned for 2026.
Inside Sagrada Família.
Casa Batlló, another work by Antoni Gaudí.
Yet another work by Antoni Gaudí - Casa Milà.
On the roof of Casa Milà.
A random picture in the city center.
The full cast of the Spain trip.
In Camp Nou, the home of Barcelona FC. Més que un club, the motto of the club: "More than a Club"
Messi changes here!
Another round of beach football before leaving Barcelona.
Royal Palace of Madrid. Somehow, after spending so much fun time in Barcelona, we found Madrid a bit less happening.
We didn't even enter Santiago Bernabéu. But took a nice picture with the Real logo outside.
